Coming down heavily on the ULFA (I), Assam Police Director General of Police Mukesh Sahay on Monday said, “We love to fight and we are living to fight.” DGP Sahay’s reaction came in after the ULFA (I) and the NSCN (K) jointly ambushed an Assam Rifles convoy and killed two of its jawans at Jagun in Tinsukia close to the border with Arunachal Pradesh on Sunday.
The Assam Police DGP further stated that the police force is fully prepared to thwart terror attacks by ULFA (I) and that the Assam Police does not pay heed to their warnings. [courtesy :: DY365 ]
