Jayanta kumar Das was born in 1967 at Sarupeta under Barpeta District of Assam. He has completed his schooling life at Sarupeta and then after doing his Pre University at Bajali College and than after complected Textile Technology course from Assam Textile Institute after that he joined Century Textile and Industries at Mumbai .Few years after he came back to Assam and doing his self emloyment works.In that time he had complected MA in Public Administration from Madurai Kamjaj University. During this period he has gone various Training courses in Management. After getting a huge knowledge about the Society and Management he has started his carrier on Journalism.First he start to write in Asomiya Khabar,then after at Dainik Batory .After that he work as Staff Reporter of Adinar Sangbad. Now he is witting at Amar Asom. He was also Executive Editor of Sampratik a weekly news paper published from Barpeta Road.He was also Reporter of Electronic media Dy365 and Prime News.He has Edited more than 25 Souvenirs .He is related various social activities of Barpeta District. He was Join Secretary of Journalist Union Assam.
