The Diburgarh police on Tuesday will file charge sheet before a special court in connection with the “Cash-for-job” scam in the recruitment for various posts under the Assam Public Service Commission.
The court had asked the Dibrugarh police to file the charge sheet within 90 days from October 27, 2016 the day of the arrest of the first accused in the scam. Subsequently, 7 others were also arrested which included former APSC chairman Rakesh Pal, APSC member Samedur Rahman, Bosanta Doley besides other,[Courtesy :: DY365]
